TRIP REGISTRATION INFORMATION
•We need name, address and phone number of each person registering for a trip.
A registration/waiver form must be signed by the participant. Click here for a registration/waiver form.
•Trip return times are approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances and traffic.
•Refunds for trips may vary due to non-refundable tickets or fees.
•Nothing kills a good trip quicker than waiting until the last minute to register! Please sign up
early or the trip that you want may have to be cancelled.

SENIOR TRIPS
The Park Forest Recreation Department offers senior day trips throughout the year. Information is sent to those on the mailing list. If you would like to be on the mailing list, please call the Recreation & Parks Department at (708)748-2005.

MILWAUKEE COUNTRYSIDE TOUR - Wednesday, June 26, 2013
See the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Countryside as you have never seen it before! The day will include a step-on guide with stops at East Troy Electric Railroad for a short, scenic ride; The Elegant Farmer where you will find all the goodness of homemade fresh picked and delicious offerings from their Farm Kitchen Bakery, Deli and Market; the Ginger Blossom, which sells crafts, home furnishings, art and textiles to name a few. Lunch will be held at the Baker House, a 17,000 square foot mansion built in 1885.

For the FIRST time ever...The Village of Park Forest presents a group outing to the
Crosstown Classic! Don’t miss your opportunity to see the North-Siders invade the
South Side, as the Cubs face off against the White Sox. This Memorial Day is the
opening game of the 4 game series.
There are only 30 tickets available to this premium game, so take advantage and
register today! (Children under 13 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

SHIPSHEWANA, INDIANA
You will enjoy one of the largest Amish communities in the world. In town you can
visit a variety of shops, an antique auction, visit the Mennohaus Museum or enjoy
an authentic Amish style meal. Just a few blocks from downtown you will find over
a thousand vendors selling everything from fresh fruit to handcrafted furniture at the
Shipshewana flea market. Afterwards we will shop and have time to sample and
shop for cheese. Fee includes motor coach transportation; lunch is on your own.

CHICAGO WHITE SOX VS. ATLANTA BRAVES
Come watch as one of the hottest teams in baseball, the Atlanta Braves, travel north to face the
White Sox! Seating for this game is extremely limited and is expected to sell out fast so be sure
to get your tickets immediately! As an added bonus, everyone will receive $5 in Sox Bux!

MEXICAN FIESTA INT'L EXPO
Mexican Fiesta brings the sound, culture, and taste of Mexico to Milwaukee’s lakefront.
Join in on the fun as we celebrate the fun, food, Mariachi and Fiesta. The festival honors
culture, tradition and family. Mexican Fiesta encourages individuals from all ethnic backgrounds
to share in the beauty of Mexico’s rich history, art, music and food. Fee includes motor coach
transportation and admission. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
