Treat yourself to some time on the mat. Observe your true nature and relax! This class will emphasize
mind, body and breath in each posture. Yoga helps increase energy and flexibility and is truly an
experience for body and mind. Karen Nielsen instructs the class.

SENIOR FIT
Senior Fit is a dynamic, low impact workout which includes stretching, toning, balance and
aerobics to pump up your cardiovascular system. Designed for the young at heart. Please
bring a mat, water and light weights. Camille Wright instructs the class.

ZUMBA
Ditch the workout, join the party! ZUMBA combines high energy and motivating music with
unique moves and combinations that will allow you to dance away your worries. You don't
even have to know how to dance, just move your body and follow the instructor. It's EASY!
And you can set your own pace depending on your needs. Kelly Abell instructs the class.

The Park Forest Tennis & Health Club is a Regional Facility that has served numerous local
communities for over the past 30 years. The Facility has six indoor tennis courts, a fitness area,
whirlpools and saunas in each locker room and also a Courtside lounge that you and your family
can relax in during or after a workout. We also offer professional tennis instruction and racquet
stringing. Check out our Pro Shop and find the lowest prices on tennis equipment and apparel
around. The Park Forest Tennis & Health Club is a family oriented facility and we look forward
